What is the opportunity?

Join RBC Wealth Management as a Branch Service Manager/Registered Client Associate, where you will embody our core values and foster an inclusive culture. Your role involves serving financial advisors and clients by utilizing your administrative and operational skills to support business growth and client satisfaction. You will ensure compliance, resolve issues, onboard new accounts, and maintain records in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Additionally, you will promote a positive work environment to strengthen team culture.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
  • Handle account inquiries and customer needs proactively, escalating to financial advisors when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance by managing account documentation and communicating requirements to clients.
  • Manage fund and securities transfers, complete trades, and process checks, wires, and ACHs promptly.
  • Oversee branch staff and operations, including onboarding, training, motivating, and resolving staff issues, escalating as needed.
  • Communicate policy and procedural changes effectively to staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
  • Attention to detail and a focus on efficiency improvements for advisors
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain within 12 months
  • Ability to adapt to changing business and technology environments

Nice-to-have

  • Current FINRA registrations
  • Experience in financial services
