Job summary

UBS Wealth Management Americas in Sarasota is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support the financial advisory team and deliver premier client service. You will maintain client records, educate clients on services, and help prepare materials for client meetings.

The role requires Series 7/66 licenses, about 3+ years in client service within finance, and a bachelor’s degree. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential for success in a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working as part of UBS Wealth Management Americas in the Sarasota, FL office. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in client service and team support.

Your Skills And Experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 3+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred, focusing on business/finance
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
