Job summary

UBS is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support a team of Financial Advisors in Westport, CT. You will maintain client records, prepare materials for meetings, and assist with opening new accounts and service requests.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses, 3–5 years of client service experience in finance, and a finance-focused degree. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential to help the team deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

The team

You will be working for a team of Financial Advisors in Westport, CT. As a Registered Client Associate, you will play an important role in assisting Financial Advisors along with their clients in helping them with all administrative functions.

Your Skills And Experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector or
• college degree focusing on finance/banking
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Offce Suite
