Job summary

UBS in Tulsa is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support a growing client-servicing team in our local branch. You will maintain client records, assist with account openings, and help prepare client meeting materials.

Ideal candidates hold Series 7 and 66 licenses (CSA). 2 years in client service in finance, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication are preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

The team

You’ll be working in the Tulsa, Oklahoma Branch. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in our branch.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses (for registered CSAs only)
• ideally 2 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
