Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with students in the classroom setting. You will help children improve social and communication skills and implement IEP goals.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, supporting behavior plans, and collaborating with school staff to meet student milestones. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Coursework in psychology/education/behavioral science or 1 year of related experience
