Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking compassionate caregivers to support children with special needs. You will help develop social and communication skills, document progress, and follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

This role offers hourly pay between $23 and $26, flexible PT/FT schedules, and access to benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.

Education
