Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support in home- or community-based settings. You will help children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder build skills for greater independence.
Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you’ll follow behavior-change plans, track progress, and create encouraging, structured sessions that celebrate milestones.
Hourly Pay: $23 - $26 DOE

You’ll provide one-on-one support in home-based or community-based settings, depending on each client’s individual needs, while working alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts. No two sessions are exactly alike, but every session provides an opportunity to celebrate progress and help someone reach an important goal.
Whether you bring direct ABA experience or experience supporting children in another setting, this role can help you build valuable behavioral-health skills.
