Regency ABA is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide in-home 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision in Millen, GA. This part-time role offers RBT training and certification support, with guidance through the certification process and hands-on mentorship to help you grow professionally.

You’ll work 15 hours per week (M-F, 3:30pm–7:00pm) with a $500 sign-on bonus. Regency ABA emphasizes a holistic approach to care and teamwork while maintaining confidentiality and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and enter data via CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
