Job summary

Regency ABA in Talking Rock, GA is seeking a part-time In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our holistic ABA care. You will work 3:30pm–8:00pm, Monday through Friday, for approximately 15 hours weekly, providing compassionate, patient-focused therapy in the child’s home.

You will implement 1:1 therapy under a BCBA, collect data in CentralReach, and document sessions promptly. Join a collaborative team committed to growth, well-being, and open communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 direct therapy per BCBA-defined programs.
• Collect and enter data in CentralReach.
• Submit session notes and documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.
