Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a part-time RBT to provide in-home therapy under BCBA supervision in Millen, GA. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans and data collection while supporting growth through RBT training and certification.

The position offers 15 hours per week (M-F 3:30pm-7:00pm) with a $500 sign-on bonus and opportunities for mentorship, supervision, and professional development within a compassionate, holistic ABA framework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT Certification if already certified.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• Passion for working with children.
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and enter data via CentralReach.
• Complete session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
