Job summary

Regency ABA in Talking Rock, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home therapy under BCBA supervision. This role offers growth within a supportive, collaborative team and includes a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will work 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 3:30pm–8:00pm, with some schedule variation. Responsibilities include data collection in CentralReach, timely notes, and maintaining confidentiality while building strong family relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.
