Job summary

Regency ABA in Hampton, GA is seeking a part-time in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with ABA programs. The role runs Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, totaling about 15 hours per week.

You will work under a BCBA, collect data, and document sessions in a collaborative, supportive team environment. The position emphasizes growth, mentorship, and well-being, with weekly pay, PTO, and mileage reimbursement, alongside opportunities toward BCBA certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy as directed by BCBA.
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes and documentation promptly.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Protect patient confidentiality and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.

• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner

• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.

• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
