Job summary

Regency ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home sessions in Hampton, GA. Schedule: M-F 3:00pm–6:00pm, totaling 15 hours per week. You will implement 1:1 therapy under BCBA supervision and maintain timely data entry and notes.

We value growth and offer supervision, mentorship, PTO, weekly pay, and support for BCBA hours. Reliable transportation and insurance are required to join a collaborative, caring team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under BCBA programs.
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes and other documentation timely.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Protect patient confidentiality and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.

• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner

• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.

• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.

• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.

• Reliable transportation and insurance

• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
