Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is hiring an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy in Salt Lake County, UT. You will work 1:1 with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to become certified with our support
• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County and surrounding areas
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for data collection
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA, you’ll provide in‑home ABA therapy to children in Salt Lake County and nearby areas. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based ABA strategies. Your role is hands‑on, impactful, and deeply rewarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill‑building programs using play‑based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities as needed
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (or willingness to become certified with our support)
• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County and surrounding areas
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for electronic data collection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance
