Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home across Midvale, Sandy, and Draper, UT. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children, using evidence-based strategies to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with a supervising BCBA, participate in parent training, and support therapy sessions with data collection and progress notes. The role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation within Midvale, Sandy, and Draper.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and the clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
• Assist with assessments, session preparation, and therapy organization.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols consistently.
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Midvale, Sandy, and Draper area. You will work 1:1 with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA strategies. Requirements
