Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC in Utah County is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Utah County area. You will work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

The role offers competitive pay ($22–$27 per hour), earned PTO, direct BCBA support, and growth opportunities toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to become certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation within Utah County and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA and clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA confidentiality.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in the Utah County area. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to strengthen communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This hands‑on role is impactful, rewarding, and a vital part of helping children thrive.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA

• Implement skill‑building programs using play‑based and structured teaching methods

• Collect and record data electronically after each session

• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team

• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed

• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization

• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols

• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support)

• Reliable transportation within Utah County and surrounding areas

• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children

• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance
