Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for Salt Lake County, UT. You will provide in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy to children, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

We offer competitive pay of $22–$27 per hour based on experience, plus PTO, direct BCBA support, and opportunities to grow as you pursue BCBA certification in a supportive, compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become certified with our support.
• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities as needed
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Salt Lake County and nearby areas. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Your role is hands-on, impactful, and deeply rewarding.
