Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy in West Valley City is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide in-home ABA therapy 1:1 with children, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

Role requires RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with our support), reliable transportation, and comfort using tablets for data collection. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation within West Valley City
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Eligible to work in the U.S., with valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record data electronically after each session
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you’ll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families in West Valley City.
