Job summary

Total Care ABA in New Bern, NC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-clinic work with children. You’ll join a supportive clinical team alongside BCBAs, delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting.

We offer flexible schedules, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth, with competitive pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour plus benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinical team members.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

Schedule Options
