Job summary

Total Care ABA in North Carolina is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings. Earn $20–$28/hour with flexible schedules designed to fit your lifestyle across La Grange, Goldsboro, and Mount Olive.

You’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement plans by a BCBA, and help families achieve meaningful progress while receiving training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred and BACB registration active.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required.
• Provide in-person services throughout North Carolina.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
