Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tifton, GA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our in-clinic program. Earn $20–$26/hour with flexible schedules and a supportive clinical team.

You will work one-on-one with children in a center-based setting, under BCBA supervision, to help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Training and professional development are provided to grow your ABA career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to and from clinic.
• RBT certification a plus and BACB registration preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinical team members.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician (BT) /Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

What we expect from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus
• Active registration with the BACB
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
