Total Care ABA in Jasper, IN is hiring an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Starting at $20/hour, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic with BCBA support, building essential skills in children with autism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and an RBT credential (preferred). We offer training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven team.

• Active RBT certification with BACB preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in the clinic.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

As an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy and help children build lifelong skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in our clinic
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes
• Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
