Job summary

Total Care ABA in Salisbury, NC, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our clinic team. You will work one-on-one with children in a center-based program, implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans and collecting progress data.

You will collaborate with senior clinicians, receive ongoing mentorship, and enjoy flexible scheduling with opportunities for professional development. RBT certification and BACB registration preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinical team members.
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

What You'll Do

Schedule Options
