Total Care ABA is hiring an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Washington, IN. You’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a clinic setting with supportive BCBA supervision.

We offer competitive starting pay at $20 per hour, flexible schedules, paid training, PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification preferred (BACB).
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Do

As an In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy and help children build lifelong skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in our clinic
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect, document, and report client progress accurately
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinicians to ensure successful outcomes
• Celebrate milestones and meaningful progress with every child
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What we expect from you:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
