Job summary

Total Care ABA in McKenzie, TN is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver personalized ABA therapy to children in home and school settings across Tennessee.

You will implement BCBA-approved treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff. A valid RBT certification and BACB registration are required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Active BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
