Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy for children. You will work one-on-one with clients, deliver individualized services and implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

We offer flexible schedules, full-time and part-time roles, travel to client locations, training, and opportunities for professional growth. Required: RBT certification, BACB registration, high school diploma, and reliable

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience with children and ABA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep records of client progress
• Travel to client’s homes and community settings as required
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in staff training and ongoing development

What You will Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutTennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
