Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings across the state.

Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for professional development. You will implement ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team, with travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
