Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in-home and in-school settings across Tennessee, including Rogersville, Church Hill and Surgoinsville. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities.

You will deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to help children reach their potential. Full-time and part-time options available; travel to client homes is required to provide

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification and BACB registration required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and track meaningful improvements.
• Accurately record client progress and outcomes.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Provide services in-home and in-school across Tennessee.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
