Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Estill Springs and Manchester, TN. Earn $18-$26 per hour with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits. In-home and in-school ABA services across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and ability to travel locally
• Experience with children preferred, ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in ongoing staff training and commit to learning

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress

• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in person throughoutTennessee

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full‑Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part‑Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
