Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an in-home and in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Woodbury, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules, competitive benefits, and career growth opportunities while delivering ABA therapy to children.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, collaborating with families and BCBA staff, and supporting skill development across settings.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and track meaningful progress

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughoutTennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
