Job summary

Total Care ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children in-home, in-school, and in community settings across North Carolina.

You will deliver individualized ABA services, implement plans under BCBA supervision, and collect data to track progress, while collaborating with families and a clinical team. Flexible schedules and ongoing training are offered to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services




• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA




• Collect and document client data accurately




• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development




• Collaborate with families and clinical team members




• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress




• Accurately keep record of client’s progress




• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services




• Services provided in-person throughout North Carolina




• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you?

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
