Job summary

Total Care ABA in Rome, GA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA therapy. Earn $20–$28 per hour with flexible schedules, full-time or part-time options, and travel to client homes throughout Georgia.

You will implement plans, collect data, support communication and daily living skills, collaborate with families and the clinical team, and access ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.

What You’ll Do

What we expect from you:

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
