Total Care ABA in Waycross, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in-home and in-school environments across Georgia. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients acquire new skills in daily living, communication, and social interaction.

Competitive hourly pay of $20–$28, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services


• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA


• Collect and document client data accurately


• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development


• Collaborate with families and clinical team members


• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress


• Accurately keep record of client’s progress


• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services


• Services provided in-person throughout Georgia


• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• Active registration with the BACB


• High School Diploma or GED


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience working with children preferred


• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
