ABRITE is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Santa Cruz. You will provide 1:1 ABA-based instruction to children in their home, center, and community settings, and collect data on targets to guide progress.

After training, you may sit for the RBT exam with reimbursement; performance can lead to promotion and pay increases. The position offers an afternoon schedule (3:00pm–6:00pm) with potential additional hours, competitive pay ($21–$27/hour), and benefits for full-time

Our RBTs are taught to deliver teaching across developmental domains while taking data on all learning targets with the overall goal to increase skills while decreasing problem behaviors that interfere with learning. The desired applicant should be available anywhere between 3pm - 7pm on the days they are available, as this is the timeframe that sessions tend to occur. After training, all behavior technicians who meet performance criteria can sit for the RBT exam (with reimbursement for 1 test fee).
