Job summary

The Santana Institute for Learning, a Finni Health company, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, Seal Beach, CA. This part-time role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision to support communication, life, and social skills.

Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 2–3 hours per day, with a possible third day for 2 more hours (up to 7 hours weekly). Pay: $25–$27 per hour. Includes supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA and company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology.
• Understanding HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and ABA techniques (preferred).
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field (beneficial).
• Prior experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities
