Job summary

Regency ABA in LaGrange, GA is seeking an RBT for in-home, part-time 10-15 hours per week, Mon-Fri 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. You will implement 1:1 therapy under a BCBA, collect data, and complete notes.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing supervision, and a culture of support with opportunities to grow toward BCBA certification, while receiving weekly pay and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information.
