Job summary

Regency ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for in-home, part-time work in Guyton, GA. Schedule is M-F 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM with 20–30 hours weekly, offering growth within a collaborative, supportive environment and HAMOC-aligned care for children and families.

You will implement 1:1 therapy, track data, and document progress while benefiting from supervision, PTO, and weekly pay in a culture that prioritizes well-being and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 Direct Therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and enter data in CentralReach.
• Submit session notes and other documentation timely.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Safeguard patient information and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Implementing 1:1 Direct Therapy through programs set by a Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and enter data through CentralReach.
• Complete and submit session notes along with other documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient related information.

• High School Diploma
• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification required.
