Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Cameron, NC outpatient pediatric ABA clinic. The role offers 21–26 USD/hour with full-time and part-time options, Monday–Friday, with on-site training and mentorship.

Ideal candidates will work with children with autism and developmental needs in a clinic setting, receive onboarding support, and have opportunities for growth within ABA therapy and related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, child development, or education preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.

This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.

Position Highlights:

Full-time and part-time schedules available

Outpatient pediatric clinic setting-Cameron, NC

No in-home services

Monday-Friday schedule

$21-$26/hour, based on experience

On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates

Supportive clinical leadership and team collaboration

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.

Qualifications
