Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Cameron, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic, working 1:1 or small groups with children who have autism and developmental needs. This clinic-based role offers Monday–Friday schedules, paid on-site training, and mentorship in a collaborative team.

Both certified RBTs and those pursuing certification are welcome; on-site RBT training is provided for non-certified candidates, with opportunities for growth within

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina.

This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified.

Position Highlights:

Full-time and part-time schedules available

Outpatient pediatric clinic setting-Cameron, NC

No in-home services

Monday–Friday schedule

$21–$26/hour, based on experience

On-site RBT training provided for non-certified candidates

Supportive clinical leadership and team collaboration

Qualifications
