Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team at Fort Hood, TX. You will deliver 1:1 and group therapy under BCBA supervision, and support individualized treatment plans using NET/DTT techniques to build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Experience in ABA, mental health, education, child development, childcare, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data collection skills.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Use teaching methods such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Help children build communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Record behavioral data and session notes accurately.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records to support treatment progress.
• Work closely with BCBAs, caregivers, and other therapy professionals.
• Support caregiver training as directed by your BCBA.
• Share observations and communicate client progress.
• Follow HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain RBT certification or actively work toward certification.
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing feedback sessions.
• Set up therapy materials and session spaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Follow all safety and behavior support procedures.
• Attend required training and professional development activities.
• Accept coaching and feedback with a growth mindset.
• Represent HealthPRO Pediatrics professionally with clients, families, and coworkers.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience? We encourage individuals who enjoy working with children and are eager to learn to apply

• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing client needs
• Willingness to learn, grow, and participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
