Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based support in Virginia.

You will deliver direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder or related needs under supervision of a BCBA or qualified professional, while collecting data to support educational goals. The role offers placement opportunities across school settings, with dedicated clinical directors and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children and adolescents with ASD in educational settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior intervention and support to students.
• Deliver ABA-based instruction and maintain data on progress.
• Collect data and monitor progress of student goals.
• Implement behavior support and positive behavior plans.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and school team; document sessions.
