Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person ABA services for a male 19-year-old student in Mount Holly, NJ. The candidate must hold BACB RBT certification and maintain required clearances and liability insurance.

Hours are 8:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with 1:1 support and ongoing training including Ukeru, Nurtured Heart, and SAM restraint techniques. Competitive hourly pay and dedicated team support are offered.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB.
• Up-to-date clearances or ability to obtain.
• Proof of professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with behavior modification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute ABA therapy programs.

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person services to a male 19-year-old student. Applicants must have certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
