Job summary

Achievers AB is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism under BCBA supervision and help collect progress data.

We value flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive environment that fosters growth. You will collaborate with experienced clinicians to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in daily living and communication skills.

Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
• Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience:

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior intervention plans effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with special needs
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Responsible, reliable and respectful
