Job summary

Behavior Solutions Incorporated (BSI) is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to support children on the autism spectrum in Brooklyn and Queens. You will deliver ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to implement individualized treatment plans.

This in-person role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance in ABA practice while helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Reliable, patient, and genuinely committed to child development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in-person across Brooklyn and Queens locations.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans as directed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, consistent behavioral data during each session.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies including discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and reinforcement-based interventions.
• Support skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Assist in the reduction of challenging behaviors using function-based strategies.
• Communicate professionally and collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and the wider care team.
• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain RBT certification.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Brooklyn and Queens. In this role, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a hands-on role in helping children build communication, social, and independence skills — and in supporting families through every step of that progress.
