Job summary

Advanceable ABA NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time, in-home ABA therapy in Mooresville, NC and surrounding areas. Earn $21–$25 per hour with flexible schedules and paid training.

Join a supportive clinical team and work 1:1 with children, implementing individualized ABA plans under supervision of a BCBA. Part-time hours (15–25+ per week) with afternoons and after-school slots available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification will be supported.
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Mooresville, NC area.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow

• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Mooresville, NC area

• Part-time RBT positions available

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)

• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
