Job summary

Advanceable ABA NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services in Plymouth, NC and surrounding areas. This is a part-time flexible schedule position with opportunities for full-time work and 15-25+ hours per week.

As an RBT, you will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and maintain accurate session notes. We offer paid training, PTO, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in client's homes throughout the Plymouth area.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available.
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; weekends as needed).
• 15-25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notesCommunicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

What You'll Do
