GreenLight ABA in Phoenix seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 2 to 18, in home and community settings. You’ll create a supportive, engaging environment that fosters learning and independence.
You will implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA, support families, and participate in ongoing mentorship, paid trainings, and team-building activities.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at GreenLight ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our mission is to provide personalized ABA therapy in the natural environment, fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for children with ASD.
Competitive Pay: $23 - $30 per hour depending on experience
Trainings: All staff get paid trainings when they start and throughout the year
Client Cancellation Pay: We understand that cancellations can be challenging, and we provide pay for last-minute cancellations that are outside of your control

Frequent BCBA Mentorship & Support: Weekly supervision with clients, monthly 1:1 meetings, and an assigned BCBA mentor to support you
Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with Autism and developmental needs between the ages of 2 to 18 years old
Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans under the guidance of a BCBA
Support children and their families with learning skills to promote independence and positive behavior change
RBTs with active certification
Passionate and reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for driving to and from client homes
Willingness and ability to pass a background check
