Job summary

GreenLight ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and adolescents in the Thornton, CO area. Roles are offered as Full-Time or Part-Time (15–40 hours/week) with 4- or 8-hour shifts and pay ranging from $25–$31 per hour based on experience.

We strongly prefer bilingual Spanish-speaking RBTs and offer BCBA-led mentorship, paid training, ongoing CE opportunities, and comprehensive benefits including insurance, 401(k), PTO, and travel

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Reliable and professional.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals.

GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Thornton, CO area.

Full-Time & Part-Time | 15–40 hours per week | 4-or 8-hour shifts

Pay: $25–$31 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents ages 2–18 in their homes and community settings.
