Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Duluth, GA team. You will work in-home with children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This part-time role offers flexible after-school hours, a supportive clinical team, and meaningful work that makes a real difference for families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Duluth GA 30096.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
