Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Odenton, MD. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and implement plans created by a BCBA.

Data collection and progress tracking are essential parts of the role, along with collaboration with families and the clinical team. Role offers part-time shifts (AM and/or PM) with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Education

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
